Cover and benefits

Inter-district and provincial long-distance transit accident cover, by road and licensed waterway. Schedule of certified benefits and applicable deductibles: • Death / burial benefit: sum insured SLE 5,000 — deductible nil. • Permanent total disablement (PTD): sum insured SLE 3,000 — deductible nil. • Temporary total disablement (TTD) / medical expenses: sum insured SLE 2,500 — SLE 200 excess per claim.

Death/burial and permanent total disablement: nil. Temporary total disablement / medical expenses: SLE 200 excess per claim.

Terms, warranties and endorsements

• Death / burial benefit SLE 5,000 — nil. • Permanent total disablement SLE 3,000 — nil. • Temporary total disablement / medical expenses SLE 2,500 — SLE 200 excess per claim. Warranty: cover is valid for scheduled inter-district trips, chartered transit and provincial travel; the traveller must hold a valid transport ticket, driver manifest record or verifiable route declaration. Cover starts on the date of payment (00:00 hours) and ends at 23:59 hours on the last day of the selected period of cover. The aligned premium for the selected period is a single premium paid in full and is a condition precedent to liability.
