• Policy Excess: As specified in this Schedule under General Conditions (Part G). • Statutory Premium Payment: Compliant with Part I, Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016 — No Credit Facility. • Commercial Hire Exclusion: Policy strictly excludes conveyance of passengers for fare, hire, or reward (Part E). • Claims Notification: Forward full details of any accident immediately; do not admit liability without consent (Part H).
