Assets All Risks: all sudden and accidental physical loss, destruction or damage unless expressly excluded, including fire, lightning, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, impact, aircraft, riot, strike and burglary/theft.

Deductible / excess

7.5% of loss value, min SLE 3,500 per claim.

SPECIAL EXTENSIONS & CLAUSES INCORPORATED: 72-Hour Catastrophe Clause; Fire Extinguishing Expenses Clause; Designation of Property Clause; Temporary Removal Clause (15%); Public Authorities Clause; Automatic Additions Clause (10%). SECURITY & UNDERWRITING WARRANTIES: warranted 24/7 manned security; certified automatic fire suppression / hydrants tested quarterly; and a functional intruder alarm system connected to central security.
