Terms, warranties and endorsements
• Seating Limitation Warranty: Strictly maximum three (3) passengers; carrying excess passengers voids claim coverage (Part E). • Statutory Cash and Carry: Subject to Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016 — No Credit Facility. • Rider Licensing Warranty: Operative only whilst driven by a rider holding a valid, certified commercial driving license. • Claims Procedure: Prompt accident notification to company and police required (Part H).
