• Single Pillion & Helmet Warranty: Strictly maximum ONE pillion passenger; approved safety helmets mandatory at all times. • Premium Payment Condition: Governed by Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016 — No Credit Facility. • Licensing Warranty: Rider must hold a valid, unexpired Class A motorcycle driving license (Part E). • Accident Reporting: Notify company and police immediately following an accident (Part H).
