Terms, warranties and endorsements
• Compulsory Excess: Policyholder is responsible for the Excess stated in this Schedule (Part G). • Statutory Premium Payment Condition: Governed by Part I, Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016 — No Credit Facility; advance payment is a condition precedent to cover. • Passenger Capacity & Licensing Warranty: Strictly maximum licensed passenger capacity; driver must hold a valid commercial driving license (Part E). • Claims Procedure: Immediate written notification required; no admission of guilt or negotiation without insurer consent (Part H).
