Terms, warranties and endorsements
• Compulsory Excess: Policyholder is responsible for the Excess stated in this Schedule (Part G). • Cash and Carry Compliance: Strictly governed by Part I, Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016. • Reinstatement Clause: Sum insured is reduced upon claim payment until reinstated by additional premium (Part C). • Claims Notification: Immediate notice required; obtain written consent before commencing repairs (Part H).
