Per vehicle: TP nil; TPFT/Comprehensive 10% of claim, min SLE2,000 (commercial scale).
Terms, warranties and endorsements
• Fleet Declaration Clause: Monthly/quarterly declaration of additions and deletions with pro-rata adjustments. • Authorized Drivers Clause: Any employee/driver holding a valid driver's license authorized by the Insured (Part F). • Commercial Exclusion: Excludes carriage of passengers for fare, hire, or reward (Part E). • Cash and Carry Compliance: Strictly governed by Part I, Section 39(1) & (2) of Insurance Act 2016.
