Commuter personal accident cover within municipal and urban limits. Schedule of certified benefits — no deductible or excess applies to this cover: • Death / burial benefit: sum insured SLE 5,000 — deductible nil. • Permanent total disablement (PTD): sum insured SLE 3,000 — deductible nil. • Temporary total disablement (TTD) / medical expenses: sum insured SLE 1,500 — deductible nil.

Nil — this packaged cover carries no deductible or excess.

Terms, warranties and endorsements

• Death / burial benefit SLE 5,000 — nil. • Permanent total disablement SLE 3,000 — nil. • Temporary total disablement / medical expenses SLE 1,500 — nil. Cover starts on the date of payment (00:00 hours) and ends at 23:59 hours on the last day of the selected period of cover. The aligned premium for the selected period is a single premium paid in full and is a condition precedent to liability. Deductible / excess: NIL — no deductible or excess applies to this cover.
